Mike is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist. He is a skilled and compassionate therapist with a strong focus on Brainspotting, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Narrative Therapy. After earning his MA in MFT from Touro University Worldwide, Mike built a practice rooted in both evidence-based techniques and genuine personal care. He has completed Brainspotting Phase One training and is trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), with plans to advance his expertise Brainspotting.
Mike is passionate about trauma healing, emotional regulation, and strengthening relationships. He provides tailored therapy to children, teens, adults (16-35), couples, and families. His approach centers on creating a safe, supportive space where clients can explore their emotions, process experiences, and embrace meaningful change.
Beyond his professional pursuits, Mike’s commitment to his family is a cornerstone of his identity, and he brings that same sense of dedication and care to every client interaction. Whether working with individuals, couples, or families, Mike Dimino believes that authentic connection and holistic, evidence-based methods pave the way for lasting healing and personal growth.
Mike is currently accepting clients of all ages for both telehealth and in office. He can see clients who have Carelon/Partnership. All other insurances can receive a superbill for possible reimbursement after payment is made.
