Having called Redding home since 2013, Kendra is an accomplished life coach and mentor, entrepreneur, administrative manager, and therapist deeply invested in supporting her community. With a passion for service and a strong foundation in higher education and business, she has served on various local schools and community boards, contributing her expertise to initiatives that foster growth andconnection. Her academic achievements include earning a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with honors from Simpson University, where she was inducted into Alpha Sigma Lambda, and a
master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Touro University Worldwide.​
Kendra brings a unique blend of expertise to her dual careers in higher education and therapy. As a program director in higher education, she is dedicated to empowering students with autism and intellectual disabilities to achieve their degrees, certifications, and employment goals, fostering independence and success.

In her role as a therapist, Kendra serves with an integrative approach grounded in Attachment Theory, prioritizing trust, safety, and connection in the therapeutic relationship. She offers compassionate support to clients and the community,
addressing diverse needs with specialized knowledge. She enjoys working with adults, teens, couples, and families, with her field of interest on dysfunctional family systems, trauma, attachment, codependency, depression, anxiety, and addictions. Kendra holds multiple certifications in trauma and attachment, personality disorders, ADHD, narcissistic abuse, and life coaching, as well as trained in brain spotting, and couples therapy training from the Gottman Institute. Her multidisciplinary approach ensures a holistic and tailored experience for her clients.

Outside of her professional life, Kendra cherishes time with her husband and children.
She enjoys exploring new restaurants and traveling, always seeking opportunities to
create meaningful experiences with her family.
