Registered Associate Marriage, Family Therapist 143315

Kaitlyn is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Simpson University. Throughout different seasons of life, she developed a deep passion for supporting individuals and families in their healing journeys, which led her to pursue a career in therapy.

She has experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, parental alienation, suicidal ideation, self-harming behaviors, family concerns, and relationship challenges.

Kaitlyn approaches therapy from a client-centered and trauma-informed perspective, believing each person holds inherent strengths and the capacity for growth and healing. She is committed to providing a safe, supportive, and collaborative space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered to move at their own pace.

She draws from evidence-based practices and integrates Brainspotting and somatic approaches to support clients in understanding the connection between mind, body, and nervous system. This helps clients build self-regulation, resilience, and a greater sense of safety and connection.

Kaitlyn is especially interested in the impact of trauma on the brain and body and is dedicated to ongoing learning to provide compassionate and effective care. She believes healing happens within a trusting therapeutic relationship and supports clients in building insight, skills, and meaningful change.

Outside of the therapy room, she enjoys spending time outdoors, working out, traveling, and connecting with family and friends.

Kaitlyn is currently accepting clients of all ages for both telehealth and in office. She can see clients who have Carelon/Partnership. All other insurances can receive a superbill for possible reimbursement after payment is made.
